It’s perfectly normal to worry about an artwork in transit, but please let us put your mind at rest that all artwork sent is:

Each time an artwork is dispatched, you will be sent an email with tracking information.

All deliveries require a signature as proof of delivery. It is important that you check the package for damages prior to signing. If the parcel is damaged, please sign 'Received Damaged'.

All artwork is insured against damages in transit.
Process for Returns

Notify us within 14 days of delivery if you wish to return the artwork.

Package the artwork securely.

Advise of a suitable day to collect the artwork.

We will send you the appropriate labels to print and attach to the parcel.

As soon as the artwork is returned to the artist, we will arrange either a full refund or a credit note.
